The Asset Management Company EFG Eurobank Mutual Funds Management Romania SAI S.A. was set up in November 2005 by EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (81%) together with Bancpost S.A. (18,90%)

 

 Even from it’s first month of activity, EFG Eurobank Mutual Funds made it’s presence felt on investments funds market in an aggressive way, being already between the top companies according to administered assets value, by launch of two open investment funds in collaboration with Bancpost: FDI Bancpost Active Balanced and FDI Bancpost Plus. Related with both investment funds, EFG Eurobank Mutual Funds has the quality of manager, and Bancpost is depositary and distributor. Both funds have already significant assets, empowering the Administrator to access more profitable placements on financial markets; moreover, the Administrator benefits from the support, know-how and financial strength of Eurobank EFG Group.
